DELIVERY
Complimentary DHL Express shipping worldwide, with tracking provided after dispatch. Production and dispatch timing depend on the item; contact us before ordering to confirm a realistic delivery estimate, especially if you have an event deadline. Original-delivery duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS
Full-price, standard-size dresses are eligible, including those produced after ordering without customization. Request a return within 7 calendar days of item delivery for U.S. orders, or 14 calendar days of delivery of the last item for other destinations; weekend/public-holiday extensions apply outside the U.S. as stated in our policy.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and security ribbon intact. Careful indoor try-on is allowed. Made-to-measure, customized/altered dresses, and discounted items clearly marked final sale are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Defects, incorrect items, and applicable statutory rights remain covered.

You pay return shipping for fit/preference to Prishtina, Kosovo; MINNA covers applicable return import customs when instructions are followed.
