General Return Policy

  • Discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Custom designs or dresses made to your measurements cannot be returned.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify Minna Fashion within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the dress tried on.
  • Approved returns must be shipped according to our instructions. Minna Fashion is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refund Policy Highlights

  • Return requests must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must include the red ribbon tag intact. Returns without this tag will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
  • Refund scale:
    Within 24 hours: 100% refund
    1–14 days: 60% refund
    15–30 days: 50% refund
    After 30 days: no refund
