We ship exclusively via DHL Express to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery for your high-value garments.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Please note that delivery times vary significantly depending on whether your item is in stock or made-to-measure.
A. Ready-to-Wear (In Stock)

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time: 3–4 business days via DHL Express.

Total estimated wait: less than 1 week.
B. Custom & Made-to-Order

Production Time: 1–3 months.

These garments are handcrafted specifically for you from the beginning.

Total estimated wait: 5–12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
3. Taxes, Duties & Customs
For international orders (outside of Kosovo), packages may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once they reach your destination country.

Responsibility: These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment: DHL will contact you directly to arrange payment of these fees prior to delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific amounts before purchasing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has left our showroom, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours of your "Shipped" notification, please contact our concierge team at info@minnafashion.com.
5. Important Delivery Notes

Signature Required: To protect your purchase, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address where you or a trusted representative can sign for the package.

Lost/Damaged Packages: While rare, if a package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with DHL immediately.
